Yes, I am again stirred from rest by the pathetic nature of our country's politics. Sure the current administration has fucked up this country and the World's view of us as a nation. But the Democrats have their moments of embarrassment as well. It's the system that needs fixing, not the politics. But apparently FIXING some of our politicians (like our house pets) might keep some of them out of the news... Hollywood madames, DC madames, gold-diggers, Hollywood starlets, and even interns... it's all fair game. Power DOES breed contempt, and attracts the wrong kind of "friends".
I again find myself pissed at policy, our "president" and his machine, and at what we as Americans would continue to allow to happen. Having recently screened Michael Moore's "Sicko", I am now even more outraged at forced policy, political pay-offs, ineffective politicians, and improper use of power and all it breeds.
I could go on for paragraphs, but have tasks to complete for now, hopefully eliminating some of my stress through hard work. But I'll be back later today or tomorrow, to continue this vent and keep you informed.
